Managing Director, Brent Campbell has over 30 years’ experience in the mining and building industries. This has given him exposure to a variety of conditions, including remote, offshore and overseas projects. Brent's knowledge and experience ensures that Airlec has the ability and commitment to take on any project, no matter how challenging.

General Manager, Phil McMillan has extensive background in the commercial building fit out industry and major commercial and retail projects. As Business Manager with Arrix Group of Companies he led the building repair, maintenance and registered building division. As a committee member of the WA Facility Management Association, Phil developed extensive contract management experience.

Director of Sales and Marketing, Robert Hewer successfully ran Quality Building Services until they were purchased by a major national company. He then stayed on as National Sales Manager for 7 years, increasing the portfolio and client base substantially.
